Nicolae Victor Zamfir, director general of the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering signs the Expression of Interest to join the SCOAP3 consortium, on behalf of Romania. He finds "SCOAP3 a very good initiative to disseminate high-quality results in particle physics [...] supporting Open Access". Romania joins a rapidly-increasing list of members of the SCOAP3 consortium.
